What will you do?

What will you do?

We are looking for candidates experienced in P2P, especially in helpdesk area, who will join the P2P team. This person will be responsible for managing contact with vendors and procurement.
 

  • Resolve and reply to procurement and payment related queries
  • Managing vendor clearing
  • Investigating and reverse non-successful payments
  • GR/IR accounts review and reconciliation
  • Handling vendor and internal invoice queries
  • Supporting and reporting invoice resolution
  • Reviewing payment proposal
  • Build and maintain good working relationship
  • Driving process improvements within assigned scope

The team is responsible for resolution of vendor and business queries in a timely manner, reviewing payment proposal, blocking and releasing invoices for payment on business request and cooperation with Credit & Collection team.
