Job description

We are looking for a person to play a vital role for one of our top HRO clients. As an HR team member dedicated for Swedish scope you will manage daily payroll and administrative processes. All the activities of this position will give you a really good overview and understanding about the mains important HR Processes and the best practices related to the Human Resources.

 

Your duties:

  • Answering client’s calls and emails
  • Processing HR Administration requests
  • Providing clarification of HR policies and procedures
  • Managing assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan
  • Updating all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
