The main purpose of the role is problem identification and resolution of accounts payable invoices and payment of invoices. As a member of the team, you will: participate in meeting service levels, take care of key measurement targets of the team, deliver a high quality and cost effective service, oversee the process (or part of process) and make customer service decisions. You may be expected to take leadership to ensure the delivery of a customer focused service to client with highly proficient knowledge of one or more processes.

As Command Center Coordinator you will be responsible for correct and timely data processing (CPI/KPI) within Client’s HQ/ Capgemini Management, according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality. Additionally as an Access Management Coordinator you will be in control for how users within an organization are given an identity - and how it is protected, including saving critical applications, data and systems from unauthorized access while managing the identities and access rights of people both inside and outside the organization. The individual will be responsible for creating/reviewing access requests to IT systems. This would include different modules of SAP, service desk as well as HR system. You will work closely with the System/IT Business Office, Security Administrators and other IT/ERP analysts.
 

  • Accounts reconciliatiation
  • Process PO Non -PO Invoices
  • Process Blanket PO Invoices
  • Archive and Retrieve Documents
  • Prepare all ad-hoc, PTP-related tasks requested by management
  • Preparing non standard reporting
  • Non-standard queries resolution from internal and external stake holders
  • Contact with Vendors and BU
  • Receive and Scan Document
