Citi Service Center Poland is an initiative to establish a network of service centers providing services to other entities operating within the Citigroup around the world. Citi Service Center Poland employs over 3800 highly qualified staff in three locations: Warsaw, Olsztyn and Lodz.

Description

​Key responsibilities:

  • Timely execution of fund transfers.
  • Calculating, confirming and performing settlements, fee payments or other charges;
  • Daily reconciliation and matching all Nostro items, follow-up on outstanding items;
  • Investigation and resolution of all processing issues;
  • System parameters maintenance. Updating various system tools;
  • Setting up new processes, preparing procedures;
  • Keeping an effective communication and cooperation with external/internal foreign parties.
  • Providing Technology with systems enhancements technical requirements.
  • Participation in various projects and UAT test;
  • Preparing monthly KPI (Key Process Indicators) and ORI (Operational Risk Indicators).
  • Preparing monthly MCA results;
  • Participation in Brexit related activities
  • Supporting Team Leader in his duties.

Qualifications

  • Very good command of English
  • Graduate (Bachelor's or Master's degree) – Economy/business administration background preferred
  • At least 5 years' work experience at banking/financial institutions in Operations or within Financial Market.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (very good Excel, VBA preferable)
  • Ability to effectively work on telephone/email with various parties
  • Sense of urgency, quick in action
  • Flexible, able to spot irregularity and react promptly and adequately
  • Persistent, ready to actively follow up and escalate if needed
  • Well-organized, working to tight deadlines
  • Sense for independent work and good team player.
  • Reliable and 'can do' attitude
