Citi Service Center Poland is an initiative to establish a network of service centers providing services to other entities operating within the Citigroup around the world. Citi Service Center Poland employs over 3800 highly qualified staff in three locations: Warsaw, Olsztyn and Lodz.


Currently we provide services to over 90 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, both Americas and Australia. Our employees use over 27 languages every day. Working in our organization involves working on international projects, in dynamic environment.

Securities & Derivatives Intermediate Analyst
  • Processing of securities transactions buy & sell
  • Unmatched and fail trades monitoring
  • Liaising with Counterparties, Custodians, Front and Middle Office teams.
  • Nostro & depot breaks investigation and resolution
  • Projects UAT
  • MIS and defects reporting
  • Inquiry and problem resolution
  • Follow-up on discrepancies/problems detected at any stage of the process


  • Master’s degree in Economics, Quantitative Methods, Econometrics, Finance, Banking, Accounting
  • At least 4 years of experience in banking industry
  • Understanding of banking products and securities markets
  • Drive process enhancement
  • Commitment to detail and attention to detail when performing tasks
  • Active participation in team’s internal/external audit
  • Participation in procedure and manual creation/updating
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Good interpersonal skills in being able to deal with a range of senior/junior staff across a number of disciplines.
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Ability to operate and analyze large sets of data
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial information and deliver meaningful insight and analysis
  • Ability to perform effectively within a time pressurized environment and to meet tight and changing deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
