Citi Service Center Poland is an initiative to establish a network of service centers providing services to other entities operating within the Citigroup around the world. Citi Service Center Poland employs over 3800 highly qualified staff in three locations: Warsaw, Olsztyn and Lodz.


Currently we provide services to over 90 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, both Americas and Australia. Our employees use over 27 languages every day. Working in our organization involves working on international projects, in dynamic environment.

Trade Sanction Processing Analysts
Work place: Olsztyn


  • Level 2 functions for Compliance related escalations for Trade transactions
  • Ensure that all such are handled in accordance with various CitiGroup Policies, Standards and Procedures
  • Perform Quality Assurance and Managers Control Assessment testing in accordance with policies
  • To ensure any risk items are reported and solutions are provided when and where possible in EMEA
  • Keeping up with the newest regulations, procedures, policies, Citi directives
  • Collaborating with other Citi branches and individuals stated in procedures and compliance screening policies 
  • Preparing and carrying trainings and certifications for new employees under the supervision of a Manager
  • Analysing process errors, proposing, and implying possible solutions, within Department
  • Coordinating preparation of updates, manuals, operational procedures, process maps, and capacity plans, within the Department
  • Proposing and initiating changes, process updates, new solutions, or proposing service improving ideas within Department
  • Tracking and identifying all possible operational gaps, implying preventing solutions
  • Managing projects, applications tests, projects documentation verification, risks calculation


  • Knowledge of Compliance including Sanctions, AML and Anti-Boycott as applicable to International Trade
  • Knowledge and experience of International Trade operations (Import / Export LC’s, Guarantees, confirmation, advising, negotiation, UCP etc) would be an advantage
  • Good English skills
  • Knowledge of risk management and / or audit management
  • Ability to map and re-engineer processes for control efficiency
