Do you speak fluent German? Are you looking to utilize your language skills in customer service? If so, we have an amazing opportunity to join our client on a full time permanent basis, working as a Customer Service Agent. Our client is a global Business Process Management (BPM) leader.

 

Criteria:

  • Must have EU Citizenship or valid work authorization
  • Available to join in a Month

Perfect candidate:

  • Good command of German (B2) – both written and spoken

Responsibilities:

  • To communicate with customers by telephone and email, handling general customer enquires or complaints
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Providing help and advice to customers for products and services
  • To handle difficult or irate customers effectively both via voice and email channels
  • To cooperate with supporting teams, ensuring that the customer request is handled promptly
  • Is able to reduce the customer effort making their experience easy and efficient
  • Maintains up to date product and process knowledge – using available material
  • Seeking opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Taking responsibility for own professional development and growth
