Who are we looking for?

A Customer Care Associate who will be based in Cracow, Poland! You will be responsible for daily client support, order management, problem solving, and much more. Sounds interesting? Get in touch!

  • Answering clients’ questions/ requests (contact via email, phone)
  • Order management (verifying data, entering data into the system)
  • Taking care of the correctness of the documentation
  • Examination and analysis of the financial requests (i.e. checking the price and quality of the products)
  • Solving customers’ problems
  • Contact with the client 

What are we looking for?  

  • Very good knowledge of  Dutch
  • Communicative level of English (additionally to other foreign language)
  • Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge
  • Personal culture and ability to deal with the client properly
  • Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast
  • High motivation and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work under time pressure
