In Poland we started our operations in 2007. Our operation in Poland primarily revolves around the global technical support center through which we provide multilingual Infrastructure Management Support to our clients. Apart from providing multilingual technical support in 18 languages, we also work on technology based projects for our clients.

Due to our growing business needs we are looking for:

Customer Support Executive German C1 - C2
Location: Kraków


Purpose of the job:

  • Capable to elaborate at least the phone touchpoints and a second touchpoint (Fax / Internet / e-mail) for order entry related activities
  • Provides customers in the German language with best in class service and knowledge
  • Answering in a productive and qualitative manner customer queries, calls, faxes, e-mails or follows up in a timely manner for the customers in our region

SHIFTS 8h Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 7 pm CET

Knowledge, skills & experience:

  • English min. B1+ and German C1
  • No experience required
  • Good typing skills
  • Good phone manners
  • Good communication skills, Customer oriented
  • Preferred personal attributes: empathetic, result driven, customer orientated, commercial, flexible, responsible, team player and eager to learn
