The PMO in Transformation Team manages overall Project' Portfolio in HGSS and acts as the custodian of the Project Governance.

He/She actively engages with the different streams to coordinate the process of building the Project Funnel in line with HGSS strategic priorities.

He/She actively engages with the other Governance Bodies outside HGSS to align on Global Projects/ Initiatives that might potentially impact the Project Funnel.

Overlooks the Project Capacity Planning and keep it to date to reflect developments on projects scope, planning


Your responsibilities would include:
  • Ensuring compliance with HKR Project Governance in terms of process, quality and timelines, making sure there is a smooth and well organized drumbeat
  • Consolidating and presenting the final Project Portfolio to the relevant stakeholders
  • Validating priority/capacity/resource planning and highlighted risks in the Project Proposals and final Project Charters
  • Reviewing Tollgate report-out before final presentation to the Project Board/MT and project stakeholder
  • Fully organising the project portfolio in the area of responsibility
  • Preparing all managerial reports on 1/ Projects Progress 2/ Resource Capacity 3/ Costs vs Benefits of Actuals compared to Plan
  • Compliance to HEINEKEN Project methodologies
  • Integration of the Transformation C&C approach in programmes/projects
  • Sharing of good practices
  • Building on the stakeholder management
You are The Candidate if:

You have:

  • University degree/Masters in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
  • Proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues
  • Experience in driving / supporting projects and programmes as PMO / Project Manager
  • Knowledge of project and programme management principles and techniques (Preferably also with HEINEKEN P3M methodology)
  • High stakeholder awareness
  • Able to simplify complex topics and drive/support discussions
  • Able to translate complex topics in compelling presentations
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Familiar with planning tools
  • Familiar with MS office, Access, SharePoint and other database systems
  • Willing and capable to coach Project Leaders
  • Attention to details
  • At least 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting in BPO/SSC
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Management or Transition methodology
  • Successful record of running, coordinating or contributing to medium to large size and complex projects
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Other languages are additional benefit
