 Quality Management Analyst 
Location - Kraków

Why is this job for You:

This position is a Quality Assurance analyst to enable the International Paper IT vision. The person will champion Service Quality Management initiatives to enable IT vision by collaborating across all services functions as needed. The person will provide functional and technical architectural guidance, address technical challenges, provide cross domain technical solutions and implement solutions in a timely manner and as cost effectively as possible by utilizing extensive knowledge of business processes, applications and technologies.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing Leadership through Technical Services Communities to deliver a fundamental cultural change of OneIT
  • Assisting and executing POC’s and product evaluations
  • Gathering functional and technical requirements across the organization (all tech Service functions)
  • Providing technical leadership on solution implementations
  • Training and onboarding other tech services resources as needed
  • Improving Technical Services adoption and maturity of ITIL principles for Service Quality Management and Validation

You have:

  • BS degree in Computer Science or Information Systems – Masters preferred
  • Seven Years of Quality Assurance experience across multiple systems and business domains.
  • Two years’ experience in quality assurance methods such as STEP
  • Seven years’ experience of using QA tools such as IBM Rational Integration Tester / HP Test Suite.
  • Ten years’ experience in maintaining UNIX and NT operating systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and team skills, past Team Lead experience a plus.
  • Ability to conceptualize solutions, constructively debate alternatives and build consensus
  • Strategic agility
  • Comfort around business and IT management
  • Business acumen
  • Able to work in an unstructured, changing environment
  • Extensive conceptual understanding of information technology
  • Strong drive to learn and achieve
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize and communicate abstract concepts
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
