 Talent Acquisition Coordinator Ops 
Location - Kraków or Kwidzyn

We offer:

As a Leader of the Country Talent Acquisition Team you will ensure an effective execution of recruitment process to meet business recruitment needs and give positive candidate experience. You will lead a full cycle of recruitment activities, from managing application flow, through screening and interviewing candidates to offering placement stage. You will also develop recruitment strategies to ensure sufficient service.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building partnership with business leaders and HRBPs to align expectations regarding recruitment process and development of recruitment strategies
  • Developing country talent acquisition strategies based on IP corporate & EMEA TA strategy
  • Driving and managing selected TA processes
  • Performing TA specialist duties (assess candidate’s profile through appropriate tools and fit for company's culture)
  • Ensuring professional development of TA team members and caring about their high engagement 
  • Delivering the highest quality of services by proper interaction and engagement, accuracy of provided information, timely resolution (within agreed SLAs) and overall management of requests from internal and external customers
  • Tracking all inquiries using case management tools and resolving them, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Actively taking part in continuous improvement activities that contribute to meeting all Recruitment KPIs and ensuring that processes run smoothly and in a timely manner
  • Participating in talent acquisition and employer branding campaigns such as job fairs or internship programs
  • Tracking recruiting activities and managing reporting

You have:

  • 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment process
  • Good knowledge of the relevant employment markets
  • Bachelor or Master degree (preferred in Human Resources Management)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Proven track record in identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Ability to coach subordinates and maintain high engagement within TA Team
  • Ability to develop recruiting techniques and sourcing methods specific to job requirements and position success profiles
  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Knowledge of other European languages (would be an asset)
