We are looking for an IT Incident Manager to engage with different stakeholders, understand business needs, develop product roadmaps and deliver complex solutions together with a team assigned to the product delivery. IT Incident Manager

Your future responsibilities

 
You’ll join Deployment Support unit where we are a bridge between project/development process and Change Management and we are organised around IT capabilities and a business-alignment function as the last mile the software delivery pipeline. You’ll have a big opportunity to work across banking systems in architecture using the high-tech solutions. 
 
What you’ll be doing: 
 
  • Monitoring the assigned incidents queue, checking and managing resource allocation and assigning/reassigning incidents in the queue  
  • Keeping all the pre-production environment stakeholders updated and informed regarding all incidents 
  • Handling communication with all business and IT stakeholders  
  • Facilitating & driving task forces on business critical incidents 
  • Determining impact of the incident  
  • Being an escalation focal point for all incidents

Your profile and background: 
 
  • Fluency in written and spoken English   
  • Educational IT background proved with Bachelor’s/Master's degree 
  • Experience working with incident, problem and change management 

Plus any combination of the below listed skills:

 
  • Understanding technology related to DevOps 
  • Knowledge of incident handling tools 
  • ITIL certification 
  • Understanding of tests frameworks 
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills  
  • Knowledge of the specifics of banking systems
