About this opportunity

Welcome to the Business Support Team. We add value by providing efficient business support to Nordea Bank units enabling them to focus on running the business. 

As the Business Support Officer you’ll play a valuable role by performing administrative tasks corresponding to local business needs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordination of purchasing processes and peripheral IT equipment orders, as well as ordering management and sourcing projects coordination
  • Fixed asset management and management of the mobile phone fleet
  • Working with people and providing efficient business support to Nordea employees, as well as cooperation with property managers and external providers
  • Supporting the coordination of internal events, managing accesses to the premises
  • Assisting with implementation of new policies and procedures

Your experience and background: 

  • at least one year experience in an administrative position
