• an improvement- and automation-oriented, problem solver with very good working knowledge of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel (VBA programming incl. SAP Scripting) and financial integrated systems.
• a person who wants to combine financial and technical knowledge to support finance organization
• a person with a University Degree in Economics/Finance or Technical Science and 2-5 years’ of relevant experience in an international company
• a fluent English speaker (oral and written) able to communicate
• an individual able to work under time pressure, prioritize tasks and follow deadlines
• a person with skill of perspective thinking and ability to narrow enormous number of details into readable management view
• strong analytical and interpersonal skills are desired.


PMI Service Center Europe Sp. z o.o. (PMI SCE) is seeking talented people to join our team in the Finance Department in Krakow, Poland.

As an Analyst Business Support – Budgeting and Cost Controlling you will:

• act as a Global Administrator managing global PMI Budgeting & Reporting tool for overheads, and thus closely cooperating with PMI worldwide community, ensuring data completeness, availability and accuracy,
• support budgeting, forecasting and actual tracking and reporting processes,
• closely cooperate with PMI worldwide community and external IT service provider,
• maintain headcount data in PMI Budgeting & Reporting tool for salaries & wages and pension plan forecast,
• consolidate financial information (incl. headcount) related to Central Business Functions for PMI Senior Management team,
• provide qualitative ad hoc analysis to support management's decision-making process,
• participate and/or lead projects related to the system or financial reporting,
• identify areas for enhancements, use LEAN methodology to eliminate inefficiencies.
