Job description:
  • Coding of FI Invoices – Assigning the GL account and cost object (choose the right budget which should be debited) on the basis of invoice description

  • Participate in major change programs (e.g., ERP implementation, process standardization, migrations in Blueprint and SERP)

  • Ensure that invoices are processed/ paid timely and accurately and balance sheet accounts related to Account payable are properly reported and analyzed

  • Exceptionally strong team-working across the process area is essential

  • Cooperation with multiple stakeholders from Netherlands

  • Look for sustainability and win-win solutions

  • Acquiring and constantly updating his/her knowledge within finance

  1. Portuguease communication skills (B2)
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration preferred;
  3. 1 year of experience in accounting/finance role is required
  4. Strong accounting knowledge to work through issues and find resolution timely;
  5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  6. Good time management and ability to work under tight deadlines;
  7. Intermediate skills in the use of various Microsoft software products and very good knowledge of SAP or other applicable ERP applications. (P94, P31, P16 & P53)
  8. Ability to recognize issues, attempt resolution and escalate problems if unable to resolve.
