Job description:
JOB PURPOSE:

Deliver timely & accurately results of assigned activities

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Complete all assigned indirect tax scope (Complex to high complex activities) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate and leads team projects
  • Initiate and lead process improvements .
  • Resolve and escalate issues timely and effectively.
  • Comply with team, centre, process and global polices and procedures.
  • Manage effectively interfaces with FO and non FO stakeholders, build end to end perspective.
  • Ensure operational effectiveness of the controls within areas of responsibility.
  • Control operator (RDS, Key, business).
  • Actively participate in backup structure.
  • Other assigned activities

Requirements:

  • Degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, CPA preferred
  • At least 2-3 years experience in Tax, Finance or Accounting.
  • Very good command of English or other language - depending on business needs.
  • Good understanding of all accounting processes
  • Very good working knowledge of Word, Excel and MS Outlook
  • Experience of using a major ERP system such as SAP, JDE, SUN, Oracle, PeopleSoft - optional
