Your role

Are you experienced in gathering data and preparing reports for various stakeholders, including Senior Management? Are you interested in project management? We are looking for someone like that who can:
• Maintain and update project management reporting tools
• Support and coordinate project management tasks (Quality Control checks, RAID & RAG Reporting)
• Project financials and accruals management reporting
• Update resource actuals/ forecasts and monthly reconciliation
• Support ad-hoc clean-up and bulk modification requests in SharePoint database or/and JIRA
• Assure initial quality on received data inputs based on given guidelines
• Ensure risks and issues in processes are identified, reported and escalated as required

Your team

You’ll be working in the Model Architecture Europe team within Credit & Methodology Risk Change in Krakow (Zabierzow). Our mission is to make the bank ready for the future. Responsibilities include overseeing both, the requirements and the architecture of (regulatory required) models. Specifically, we work on FINMA, PRA and ECB related topics, making sure their requirements can be implemented in a strategic way, while optimizing functionality and efficiency for the bank overall.
We are part of the wider Risk Control organization and work as agents of change for our Risk Control colleagues. We are specialists from different backgrounds and enjoy finding and implementing solutions based on this diverse background.

Your expertise

You have:
• 2+ years' experience in project management or quality control. Candidates from IT, finance are also considered
• Able to understand, interpret and draw conclusions from management and financial data
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)
• Previous exposure to project development/project management
• Bachelor or master degree in Finance, Banking IT or related field

You are:
• An excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
• A flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude
• Adaptable, able to work across teams and functions
• Known for your can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks
