Our first employees of Amway Business Services Center came on board in 2010 to provide business services in the domains of accounting, finance, customer service, marketing, IT and HR.
Since a first transaction, the portfolio of services and activities grew to include such specialized disciplines as treasury, internal audit, IT application development or digital communications. The mission of the Center is to provide world class, state of the art business support services helping Amway achieve its strategic goals in the region and worldwide.
Being a multinational and multicultural team, almost 30 languages are used in ABSC on daily basis. We speak all European languages and also Turkish and Chinese. We believe that cultural and language diversification have a strong integrational value and can also bring a lot of amazing initiatives. MyWay - our employee initiative – organizes International Days to celebrate a different country’s day where we can learn more about its culture, cuisine and language. We support various after-work initiatives like Football team or Hiking trips.
In December, 2018 we got certified as Great Place To Work®.
Here you can work with truly exceptional people, gain experience within international environment, develop your skills, try new things, and contribute to various projects outside of your regular responsibilities.
