AXA XL is truly international. Our office in Poland is home to Azerbaijani, Belgian, Brazilian, British, Dutch, Ecuadoran, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and Ukrainian team members. And of course Polish, too!
Our interests are as diverse as our backgrounds. We have hobby groups for artists, runners, travellers, sports fans and more. We even have our own music band. And since we can give our best when we’re happy and refreshed, our office is equipped with video games, table football and ping-pong. Or for an even more restful break, we have relaxation rooms with hammocks, sofas and comfortable armchairs.

We love to see each other expand our knowledge and skill sets. Our support of professional development ranges from certified training for IT specialists to courses on soft skills and foreign languages. Managers are actively involved in their teams’ development, leading Learning Weeks to share their knowledge about AXA XL and the insurance industry.
We proudly adhere to Polish labor laws. We offer full-time contracts with three-month probationary periods and hire interns on civil contracts for a maximum period of six months. Most of our interns go on to receive offers for full-time contracts.
