CenturyLink is operating in Poland since January 2014. (until that date was operated as Savvis). Our Poland headquarter is located at Plac Andersa 5 in Poznan. The location allows our employees to have easy access to their place of work, public transport, restaurants and shopping facilities. Our offices are air-conditioned and designed for comfortable operation. We are divided into teams and each team is responsible for handling a particular customer and provides services to thousands of employees on all continents. We regularly work closely with our other operational centers located all over the world. These include the St. Louis and Denver (USA), London (UK), along with Bangalore (India) and Singapore in Asia. Our center operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in shift work. Corporate language is English. Each of the new employees is thoroughly trained in the first weeks of their work. Some training is done in groups and the rest of the onboarding process is composed of gaining actual experience while being supervised by seasoned consultants. Training concerns most frequent technical issues, customer service and the introduction of the systems and procedures of the customer.
