In Commerzbank’s Digital Technology Centre in Poland we develop and implement projects in two key areas:
* development and management of applications enabling full digitalization of business processes
* analytical and programming work in the field of advanced methods of risk and capital management
Our teams comprise IT specialists, quants and data analysts. We combine risk management and business expertise with technological know-how in order to develop the best digital solutions together. Our teams use modern IT solutions, tools and agile working methods to improve the existing systems and create new applications.
One of the tasks of the Centre is also developing and managing the rating tools, risk reporting and validation of credit risk, market risk and liquidity risk models for Commerzbank group.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for IT talents, quants, analysts and statisticians, but most importantly, for lateral thinkers with unconventional ideas and creative drive. It does not matter whether you are a student or an experienced professional, for us being digitally talented is key. Everyone can be an ideal candidate
We don't have the ideal candidate profile. In today's fast-changing world, the traditional practices of market industries are losing their importance. We provide a wide range of services, so it is impossible to determine the specific competencies of an ideal candidate, which would fit all current and future positions. Instead, we are rather searching for the so-called universal features, such as the ability to communicate, cooperate and learn. In large organizations it is very important to share the results of work with other team members and at the same time to trust that they will also provide their contribution on time and that it will be of sufficient quality.
