Dacomet first appeared on the market in 1993 providing local telecommunications services. Initially, the work mainly consisted of installation and start-up of telephone exchanges, delivery and installation of telephone switchboards and implementation of small power plants. However, in 1999 we began working extensively with Lucent Technologies, preparing specification sheets for telecommunications customers worldwide. Over the following years departments responsible for logistics, installation and commissioning were formed. In addition, the company introduced a 24-hour global support service for troubleshooting issues and repairing breakdowns.
A combination of our effective recruitment process and our efficient training program has caused our workforce to grow and the skills of our engineering team to develop. Many years’ experience, a professional attitude and a problem-solving approach towards our work has enabled our company to offer a wide range of services at the highest level while meeting the specific demands of our customers’ needs.
Dacomet passed the British Standards Institution audit (ISO9001:2008) and received certification for: design, installation, supervision of installations, testing of telecommunication systems and supply of telecommunication equipment.
