Please tell us more about your recruitment plans for 2017/18? Who will you be looking for?

As part of our current growth strategy, HCL intends to expand its workforce in Poland by creating new jobs across various lines of business - Engineering and Research Services, Enterprise Transformation Services, Enterprise Application Services and Customized Application Development. Positions we are going to recruit for IT Analysts (providing Multilingual Technical Support), IT Specialists (providing second level technical troubleshooting), Financial Services (Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Accounting, Reporting), Application Development (JAVA/J2EE, Oracle, SAP, C++/C#, .Net).

HCL envisages rolling out a cutting-edge internship program for students who are willing to move to Poland for long-term. HCL is already working with some Universities to source and nurture the talent needed to fill the positions/roles within its rapidly growing Centre of operations in Poland.

Are there many foreigners working for your company already?

HCL Poland has one of the most diverse and multinational environments. We currently have 50 nationalities working under one roof, which is more than 50 per cent of our total employee strength, providing support in 18 different languages to our Customers and 100 per cent speak English. We have very diverse place of work and also focus on engaging and enthusing employees to create the impact of Diversity to enable innovation.
