We are Hycom.digital - the team of 300 technology consultants, designers, and developers working together to design and create exceptional user experience for digital platforms.
Our work is based on Customer Journey Mapping. To start every project we prepare for our clients workshops and the result of it it’s the knowledge about client’s unique needs. In our team we have many of Design Thinking experts who lead us through all processes. We love to think outside of the box and this is how our best projects appear.

As the members of Hycom.digital we focus on team work, professionalism, creativity, responsibility and communication. We know that we work better, when we feel good and we do everything to make our workplace welcoming.
We’re proud to have our Participatory Budget in which we all can submit the ideas of what to spend the money on. When the list is ready we vote for the best ones. That's how we decided to get fresh fruit delivered daily to the office, buy play stations or have a paintball trip for all. Thanks to the voting we can also support charity.
The core of our strength and the driving factor are people. Our team bursts with new ideas - that's why we created the Innovation Program. It allows teams consisting of several people to carry out any project with a reasonable foundation and a chance to improve the world any way they imagine. Everyone can become a participant of the program and devote time in Hycom within the working hours to realise the projects.
