At Ingka BSC (Business Service Center) we focus on working more efficiently with transactional services in the fields of Finance and HR across Ingka Group – doing it in one, common and standardized way.

Our Finance Services include Accounts Payable, Travel Expense Claims, Master Data, Business Support and General Ledger. Our HR Services include Payroll, Personnel Administration, and HR System Support. Our shared service center was established in 2011 and it is located in Poznań.

Currently we are more than 480 professionals working for Ingka BSC; we connect our competence with a passion for IKEA products. As we provide services to IKEA companies located in many different countries, our team is very diverse – we are happy to have colleagues representing 16 nationalities and speaking 21 languages among us.
