The history of MicroStrategy began in June 1988, when the company, led by Michael J. Saylor, with almost 700 employees on board, went public. Today, MicroStrategy has 35 local offices around the world and more than 2,000 employees. Its clients include over 4,000 companies, representing various sectors such as insurance, banking, media, technology, and many others. These include brands such as Amazon, Guess or LinkedIn.
MicroStrategy is headquartered in Washington DC, USA, and Warsaw is the second largest office in the world in terms of the number of employees. It is made up of more than 450 people, and there will be even more! We are constantly recruiting our team, which not only delivers and implements software for customers but also creates its new functionalities.
Our Warsaw office is in the heart of the city, next to Rondo Daszyńskiego subway station. What can you find here? Two chill rooms with foosball, boardgames and PS4, modern and collaborative spaces with a lot of greenery, fresh coffee every day and fruit on Tuesdays!
CONSULTING TEAM - works with customers all over the world to implement MicroStrategy solutions so, a lot of travelling is involved
TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM - solves customer problems
TECHNOLOGY TEAM - continuously develops and improves MicroStrategy software
FINANCIAL TEAM – is responsible for timely payments and bank transfers
HR TEAM - takes care of the team's growth, its health and well-being
IT TEAM - solves the technical problems of MicroStrategists, AKA MicroStrategy employees
CLOUD TEAM - has its head in the cloud, by managing data in the cloud
MARKETING TEAM - writes, initiates and communicates
EDUCATION TEAM - carries out trainings
SALES TEAM – focuses on presenting our products’ capabilities and gains new customers
