Your role

Are you passionate about software engineering and bringing new systems to life? Do you have the drive to innovate? Do you have experience in developing software in SQL?
We’re looking for someone like that to join us and:
• be part of the project team and be involved in day-to-day tasks alongside our Tech professionals
• learn about new technologies, our products and other core business topics
• apply your knowledge and expertise to delivering solutions and system
• learn about general aspects of investment banking, wealth management, asset management and personal & corporate banking
• get to know your colleagues through networking, social events and cross-business trainings

Your team

Join one of our engineering teams in Wroclaw and develop your programming skills, selling your ideas, communicating and helping others achieve state of the art delivery pipelines.

The program offers you the chance to be a part of one of our Technology teams in Wroclaw and then an opportunity to find a permanent role at UBS. Working alongside our engineers and businesses stakeholders will allow you to gain a wider perspective on technology and how it's used in the financial industry.

Your expertise

You have:
• Computer science, engineering or economics academic background, ideally
• Some understanding of databases
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• PL/SQL knowledge will be an asset
• Good MS Office skills
• Passion to dig into details and analyze how things work
• Enthusiasm for learning

You are:
• An excellent communicator
• Aware of on-going technology trends and know pragmatically leverage their benefits
• A quick learner
• Comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
