The opportunity

As a part of our global team you will be responsible for gathering requirements and identifying business needs. You will cooperate closely with both development team and business owners to provide solutions that meet the established business goal.

Your key responsibilities

• Understand the business needs, define requirements and present them to stakeholders and development team
• Collaborate with client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds
• Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
• Work with structured and semi-structured data, provide analysis and solutions to existing problems
• Adopt Agile software delivery techniques and technologies in daily work

Skills and attributes for success

• Ability to facilitate requirements discussions and communicate design decisions
• Good analytical, communication and organizational skills (meetings facilitations, ability to align with key stakeholders in Front Office & IT).
• Ability to analyse and document processes and flows
• Understanding of Software Development Process

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of commercial experience
• 3+ years working in an Business Analyst role including gathering requirements for complex solutions
• Practical knowledge of UML
• Basic knowledge of any programming language
• Hands-on experience with structured (SQL) and semi-structured data (JSON)
• Good English language verbal and written communication

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Ability to deal well with ambiguity
• Experience in Agile software delivery
• Knowledge or experience in the area of finance, banking, taxes and economics will be an advantage.
