Project Manager – Depositary & Trustee Workstream Integration  - Officer
Location: Gdańsk, Kraków

The core responsibilities of the role is to liaise with the Depo & Trustee workstream lead and each location (Lux, Ireland, HK, Cayman, New York) to plan, coordinate, and track integration activities through developing, coordinating, and evaluating project plans. The project management along with clear communication and robust execution is key to a successful BBH / SST integration.

What you will be responsible for:

As a Project manager in the integration process, you will:

  • Plan and coordinate the integration plan for the Depositary & Trustee workstream including pre-conversion changes and the requirements before, during, and after conversion
  • Successfully deliver on project and workstream initiatives in accordance with relevant policies and frameworks – through close collaboration with the workstream lead, depositary & trustee business heads, and other stakeholders, globally and across the business where dependencies occur.
  • Develop, maintain and deliver against an the integration plan
  • Support delivery of the Integration plan with a robust and reliable project framework, traceability and governance.
  • Independently manage program workstream(s) and deliverables through various stages of the integration lifecycle for workstreams (solution design, integration and testing, implementation, and operational readiness)
  • Effectively lead workstream meetings with clear agendas and detailed minutes.
  • Clearly communicate progress and provide regular status updates
  • Appropriately escalate project and operations issues quickly to workstream lead and program management
  • Ad-hoc problem resolving
  • Work proactively to ensure communication of changes are made effectively and repeatedly to all stakeholder groups and program management.

  • Expert in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Flowcharting
