In this role, you have the opportunity to support growing our business by growing our Leadership. In this role you plan, execute and lead projects on Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness related topics. Working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders, you will define the project scope, deliverables and plan, whilst delivering transparency through reporting and communication and overseeing quality control throughout the project life cycle. You will be involved in innovations and/ or incremental improvements within Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness domain.

You are responsible for

  • Working on various projects in the Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness domain. E.g. design, develop and implement Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness solutions like Assessments, Coaching, Mentoring or People leadership programs,
  • Driving quality, impact and standardization to deliver consistent, user friendly and simplified solutions. Optimizing solutions, processes and creating initiatives to ensure continuous improvement,
  • Creating the project/program plan, in consultation with relevant stakeholders,
  • Organizing the resources to be used (quality, time, budget and information) and specifying the quality standard in the processes – this includes coordination across HR,
  • Implementation and realization according to the project / program plan (specification, quality, time, money, information),
  • Collaborating effectively with all (HR) stakeholders including Philips University colleagues,
  • Reporting on the progress of the project / program to relevant stakeholders,
  • Coordinating the development and execution of project communication strategy,
  • Ensuring that there is an effective transfer and archiving of the project/program results and the associated knowledge. Sharing best practiced across HR,
  • Dealing with incoming operational questions.
