What will you do?

• Support deployment of major sustainable technology launch campaign
• Expand and improve actions to create impact & reach KPIs
• Project manage creation and editing of communication materials
• Governance of projects and assets (communication materials)
• Learn and grow professionally but also have fun

This involves:

• Get to know the Power Systems and Services team and network within the organization
• Get to know the Power Systems and Services division scope
• Build a structured and systemized way of working with the campaign owner and specialists
• Work to execute the plan, identify and flag gaps, trigger actions to improve,
• Collaborate with internal and external agency partners for creation or update of a variety of marketing assets
• Work alongside team of specialists to bring updates to visuals, web pages, interactivity etc
• Execute social media & paid media plan (alongside activation manager), support internal comms
• Asset Manage updated assets in related systems (SCT, EDMS, DAM, Cookbook etc)

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Ability to work on own, with remote supervision
• Teamwork across multiple projects with multiple participants
• Detail oriented, learn to find and update specific written/illustrative content
• Project management basics, track workload, deadlines & reporting
• Fluent in English spoken and written, French and Polish an advantage
• Ability to work with a range of people from graphic designers to technical experts
• Good communication skills, ability to communicate with product teams worldwide
• Contribute and discuss ideas for improvement with team
• Office 365 Suite, Office, Teams, Sharepoint, strong PPT skills an advantage (to present these victories in a deserving manner)
