Procurement Specialist with English and one of the following: Italian, Spanish, Ukrainian, Portuguese, German, Hungarian
We are looking for multiple Procurement Specialists to support one of our customers in the Aviation sector.
Your daily tasks:
- Managing low value Sourcing Projects, resulting in cost savings
- Understanding Supplier Contracts, important Terms and Conditions
- Understanding SLA and PO Compliance+
- Hands on in ERPs systems like SAP, Ariba & Oracle also in Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, PPT)
- Working collaboratively with internal and externa teams, provide daily dashboard and reports
- Timely escalations to all internal and external stakeholders in case of a policy and procedure not followed
Role Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in End-to-End Procurement operations managing Indirect Materials (in BPS industry)
- Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, Ukrainian, Portuguese, German, Hungarian
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Encouragement of objective-oriented collaboration in one team or with multiple teams
- Customer centricity
- Good analytical skills
- Result orientation
- Good Knowledge of MS Office
