The CCI Associate CyberSecurity Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of cybersecurity professionals in the protection of the organization’s information data and assets. This includes leading the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC). The selected manager will work closely with other teams within the organization, i.e. threat hunting, red teaming, and cybersecurity automation to ensure that the company’s cybersecurity strategy aligns with the overall business objectives. The Associate Manager will provide guidance and coaching to cybersecurity personnel that work at the site. Team Size: 10 SOC Analysts.
What you will do:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the SOC and ensure that the team is providing timely and effective incident response to security incidents.

Work closely with other teams within the organization, such as threat hunting, red teaming, cybersecurity automation, IT and engineering, to ensure that the company’s cybersecurity strategy aligns with the overall business objectives.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for the SOC and other cybersecurity teams.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to cybersecurity.

Maintain knowledge of the latest cybersecurity trends and threats and adapt the company’s cybersecurity strategy accordingly.

Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of the company’s cybersecurity program.

Mentor and develop team members to ensure that the team has the necessary skills and expertise to effectively protect the organization’s information assets.
Education and special trainings:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GIAC, or CISA are preferred.
Qualifications and experience
Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity and related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership roles.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Physical and mental requirements:
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and identify Information Security solutions to challenging business problems.
Demonstrated ability to manage/organize.
Demonstrated strong analytical skills.
