Regulatory Reporting Senior Specialist with French

Location: Warszawa

Requirements:

  • Regulatory reporting background
  • Experience under such frameworks as PRIIPs, MiFID Cost and Charges, Annex IV
  • Fluent in English and French as a working language
  • Very good working knowledge of MS Office applications, in particular Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working directly with Clients
  • Process improvement experience would be an asset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare PRIIPs KIDs, UCITS KIIDs, EPT, EMT, AIFMD Annex IV and local regulatory reports in accordance with required frequencies and deadlines
  • Calculate Transaction Costs and Ongoing Charges
  • Respond to queries and requests from both internal and external parties including Clients, Auditors, Regulators
  • Support migrations of new processes and new Clients onboarding
  • Look for opportunities to enhance current processes
  • Engage in testing and validation of system functionalities driven by business or product changes or new regulatory requirements
  • Keep up to date with regulatory reporting changes
  • Act as SME on regulatory reporting matters
  • Train and support new employees
