Management Support Officer

Location: Warszawa

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, values diligence and is motivated to contribute to the success of our Investment & Fund Services Operations.

As a Management Support Officer you will be at the forefront of guaranteeing the effectiveness of our governance bodies. If you are passionate about governance, organization, and project coordination, we invite you to join our team!

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • At least 7 years of experience in financial industry, preferably in investment banking or securities services
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a matrix team that is geographically dispersed
  • Good stakeholder relationship with senior management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail of own and other's work
  • Good planning skills and ability to self-organize/set up priorities
  • Experience within Investment Fund Services is an added advantage
  • Understanding of Risk, Audit and Regulatory requirement
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the proper functioning of Investment & Fund Services Operations governance bodies actively proposing initiatives to enhance system effectiveness
  • Provide expert advice on organizational matters. governance, and projects
  • Collaborate with various departments recommending solutions and improvements
  • Effectively support and coordinate the annual budget construction process
  • Design, create and maintain dashboards to provide key insights and performance metrics for management
  • Proactively initiate investigations into identified risks or problems, contributing to timely and effective resolution
