You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We are looking for:
Your future role:
- Customer service for German Clients,
- Handling the monthly payroll process for German Clients,
- Preparing monthly reports and issuing employment certificates,
- Direct contact with the client, handling employee inquiries,
- Leading the team up to 8 employees.
Apply if you have:
- A university degree,
- 4+ years experience in German payroll,
- Proficiency in English, enabling fluent communication both verbally and in writing, and a minimum of C1 level in German,
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office,
- An ability to work with escalation,
- An ability to work with various HR systems and reports,
- Analytical skills, attention to details, dynamism in action, team working skills, good work organization.
Nice to have:
- Willingness to learn and to acquire knowledge of labor law regulations in various countries,
- Previous experience related to personnel administration, including employee documentation and/or labor law regulations from other countries.
