Position Overview:
Junior Business Operations Specialist prepares and enters customer orders and database into business systems. Works collaboratively with team to ensure that tasks are processed timely and accurately. Develops and applies customer-centric approach with both internal and external customers. This position requires hybrid working arrangement: from home and in the office in Warsaw.
Responsibilities
- Create and administrate sales orders and contracts within company systems
- Maintain and control data in the systems with high quality
- Issue invoices to internal and end customers
- Make recommendations to streamline or improve processes
- Follow up to ensure processes are executed appropriately, modified if necessary and evaluated for effectiveness
- Communication and coordination with Diebold Nixdorf entities and suppliers
- Work collaboratively with team members and colleagues, delivering on assigned tasks and projects
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English (at least B2 level)
- High school degree and ideally university degree
- 0-1 year or more years of experience
- Sound knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel
- Flexibility, accuracy and enjoying working in a team
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of ERP system (SAP)
- Experience with administrative tasks in an industrial or IT company
