Main responsibilities

• Supporting all after-sales and service activities on Santint Poland Territory,
• Arranging the service intervention with Service Partners,
• Making sure that the activities are done and reported to the Customers in the right way,
• Settling the service costs with Customers according to the pricing policy,
• Developing strong relationship with existing Customers,
• Collaboration with Service Team to increase its efficiency,

Job requirements

• Fully responsible person with well-organized personality,
• Great organizational skills and the ability to set priorities,
• Positive personality, focusing on reaching the targets,
• Experience in dealing with machinery, electronic products, paint industry, or other industrial products are preferred,
• Knowledge of paint or/and chemical industry will be an advantage,
• Technical background is welcomed,
• Advance knowledge of MS Office environment, especially Excel,
• Advanced level English language, both writing and speaking,
• Other language skills, such as Italian, Spanish, French would be highly appreciated,
