Currently we are looking for a person for the position of:
Senior Financial Analyst
Key activities
- Coordinate quarterly Control Self Assessment (CSA) testing cycle and assist with development of remediation actions
- Execute Oracle EBS access control review according to GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) access control policy
- Audit finance and business processes and evaluate compliance with internal control procedures and policies
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on control framework, compliance and risk management including implementation of new and re-design of existing controls
- Track compliance KPIs and metrics, communicate the status of control effectiveness to senior management
- Provide guidance to GBS staff regarding compliance issues, internal policies and procedures
- Verify completness of internal controls and compliance documentation
- Cooperate with Process Managers to identify major risks in operational processes
- Act as first point of contact to Internal Audit function and coordinate the implementation of Internal Audit recommendations
- Participate in finance and accounting processes transitions to Krakow GBS
- Assess the impact of changes in organization, processes and systems on internal controls
- Propose solutions which drives standardization, automation and best practice sharing to improve controls efficiency
Profile we look for
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Fluent English
- University Degree preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economy
- Practical knowledge of financial processes (AP, AR, RTR)
- Experience with Control Framework within Shared Services organization
- Proficiency in MS office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP accounting systems – EBS Oracle is preferable
- Strong analytical skills and outstanding attention to details
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team in matrix organization
- Confidence in working with Senior Management and communicate with the business
- Ability to adapt to changes and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- Self-reliant, proactive and highly motivated
