Your responsibilities would include:

In the area of Trainings Delivery

  • Supporting and cooperate with Learning & Development in training needs identification
  • Designing process related training framework
  • Delivering Process Overview trainings for new joiners and existing teams
  • Maintaining training documentation/materials and ensures they are up-to-date
  • Delivering ad hoc trainings for HGSS employees and GBO upon needs; creating and maintaining training materials
  • Supervising final assessments for trainees and offers feedback

In the area of Onboarding

  • Supervising end to end onboarding process for new employees
  • Introducing new joiners to the onboarding plan
  • Monitoring the onboarding plan completion status and following up issues
  • Maintaining the work shadowing plans and updating them if necessary but at least once every 6 months

In the area of Knowledge Repository:

  • Managing process and business knowledge materials in KM repository
  • Playing role in SOP update, Performing SOP quality checks
  • Delivering ad hoc workshops for the teams on SOP writing and quality
  • Managing process of SOP changes identification/tracking
  • Acting as focal point for SOP management (guidelines, storage, updates)
You are The Candidate if:
  • You have PtP knowledge and hands-on experience in PtP
  • You have knowledge of other processes is an asset
  • You have experience with SAP
  • You have presenting skills and communication skills
  • You have ability to work with multiple stakeholders (incl. OpCo and GBO)
  • You present independence at work (planning and delivery on time)
