Responsibilities for Accounts Payable

• Processing of purchase invoices from suppliers
• Performing outgoing payments
• Postings related to the closing of the month
• Support for inquiries regarding procure to pay

Responsibilities for Accounts Receivable

• Posting and allocation of payments received from customers
• Creating standard invoices and credit notes
• Issuing and sending invoices to clients
• Analyse and resolve discrepancies within payments

Responsibilities for General Ledger

• Preparing financial statements
• Keeping records and reconciliation of the book of fixed assets
• Analysing and reconciling balances with suppliers
• Analysing and preparing reports

Requirements

• Min. 1 year of experience in a similar position
• F&A educational background preferable
• Very good level of Czech (min. B2)
• Knowledge of English at communicative level
• Strong analytical skills
• Good all-round MS Excel skills
• Proactive in solving day to day issues
• Team player
• Experience with ERP systems would be a plus
