Job Description

You will be part of the Global Learning Solutions team. The Global Learning Solutions team is part of the Integrated People Services (IPS) organization of Philips HR. IPS is responsible for the delivery of high quality, timely, cost effective, common and standardized people services to the business, markets and functions. The Global Learning Operations team is delivering HR Learning Services & Solutions to Philips employees, managers and the Philips University. You will work from the Lodz office in Poland where you will be part of the Learning Advisor team supporting our organizations based in Europe (except BNL). The Global Learning Operations team provides all types of support at tier 2 and tier 3 level, delivers standard operational support such as uploading online trainings in the Learning Management System (LMS) and actively supporting learners during virtual training sessions (e.g. webinars).

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Fulfilling this double headed role, you will be required to be pro-active in managing and prioritizing your activities as Global Learning Advisor and vILT Producer keeping in mind our SLA’s and stakeholder requirements.

Main responsibilities

  • Deliver functional support to Philips learners, line and HR managers.
  • Dispatch cases to global learning solutions team and/or the Philips University Learning
  • Management System Team, when appropriate.
  • Identify class session/Learning event price.
  • Schedule class sessions in the Learning Management System.
  • Manage the logistics around the class (venue booking, facilities, catering etc.).
  • Communicate with Deployment Manager, Learning Specialist, vendors and venues,
  • learners, line- and HR-managers on the training planning and details.
  • Register attendance of sessions in the Learning Management System.
  • Manage learning financial process and manage the waitlists for sessions.
  • Coordinate Public Enrolments, including the financials.
  • Communicate with learners about Public Enrolment details.
  • Maintain the HR Portal content related to learning activities in the market.

Competencies required

  • Graduate with Bachelor or equivalent degree
  • Fluent knowledge of English (B2) language (both orally and in writing)
  • Fluent knowledge of Russian (B2) language (both orally and in writing)
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR processes and policies is an additional asset
  • Personal integrity when handling confidential information
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload, multi-task is essential
  • Ability to work in a changing environment to meet demanding deadlines and timescales
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work independently
  • Effective listening and highly developed interpersonal skills
