You are responsible for
- Implementing the GBS communication and change strategy within GBS
- Supporting leadership team with the preparation of presentations and materials as required
- Collaborating closely and proactively with change & communication team on internal and external communication needs.
- Supporting Change & Communication Lead on collecting data for stakeholder needs analysis and risk management analysis
- Supporting on assessing change readiness across entire employee life cycle, e.g. by conducting surveys or interviews and collecting feedback from different stakeholder groups
- Coordinating a wide variety of internal and executive communication activities and tactics for GBS, such as town halls, manager calls, leadership meetings, presentations, talking points, leadership messages, video content, web content, organizational announcements, intranet content, and newsletters
- Continuing driving standardization in communications around Global materials, ways of working, tools, templates, global branding materials
- Supporting Communication & Change Lead with Communication and Change Management events
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Master’s degree in communication or communication design level with 1-3 years of relevant internal and external communications or change experience in an international corporate environment
- Experience in providing communications and change support within a multinational organization
- experience in shared services/BPO experience is a plus
- A basic understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Basic experience of change management principles, methodologies and tools,
- A proven record of developing and using insights and communicating them to diverse communities in a relevant, creative and engaging way
- Excellent communication skills - articulate with the written and spoken word and ability to “tell a story”
- Strong English Language skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong experience communicating with multiple, diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to influence and build relationships across the department
- Strong negotiation, presentation skills
- Solid Project management skills
- Experience in content development for web, social media, community engagement, presentations, visuals and videos
