In this role, you have the opportunity to
To live your passion for supply chain and customer service and develop your expertise in business services by integrating and strengthening GBS organization to optimize our delivery to customers.
You are responsible for
- Be the process expert and go to person for respective operational teams within Hub operations [Customer Service, Procurement, Supply Chain]
- Define and implement improvement projects to further standardize the processes within the Hub across different operations.
- Be to owner of respective the process flows and work instructions
- Assess upcoming process changes and make sure SOPs [Standard Operating Procedures] are being updated before go-live of new processes and are available during training.
- Perform audits on SOPs [Standard Operating Procedures] to check consistency and quality of the content.
- Cooperating and aligning processes between different departments in GBS Hub

You will be part of Global Business Services team that is supporting Philips EMEA business with effective end-to-end process management, on time distribution, boosting quality through standardized processes, and enhancing competencies, while also ensuring product, solutions and services delivery performance and an excellent lifetime customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor degree or vocational (MBO) degree with relevant work experience
- At least 3 years experiences within Supply Chain, Procurement or Customer Service activities
- Have an accurate, analytical and process driven way of working
- Very good level of English
- Knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems
- Strong customer service orientation and problem solving skills
- Have good influencing skills, communications skills and are a bridge builder
- Cultural awareness and pro-active behavior
