Key responsibilities:

• Test script automation utilizing VBA (HP UFT), in cooperation with automation team.
• Test automation knowledge sharing and hands on trainings regarding test automation for the team.
• Support the design, development and implementation of the test strategy and plan.
• Design and Review test scripts, test conditions, input test data and expected results.
• Support in Design and develop the test plan and UAT strategy
• Train and coach of new Testers in projects and support UAT team members.
• Review and design test scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for user acceptance tests, execute tests, raise and manage defects identified during UAT.
• Document test results in agreed, common and consistent manner.
• Raise to Test Lead any issues that may impact on time delivery or quality of the end product.
• Prepare adequate test evidence and testing documentation for approvals and decisions.
• Adhere GSOM UAT procedure, use common tools (HP ALM, URT) and best practice.
• Cooperate with Regional and Global UAT teams for common tests, knowledge exchange and best practice sharing.
• Building and applying testing excellence and knowledge of anti-money laundering processes.
• Operating within agreed business SLAs, KPIs, control processes and confidentiality standards.
• Execute other tasks requested by direct manager.

Knowledge/Experience:

• Fluent English
• Computer Literacy (MS Office)
• 1+ year of AML experience or 1+ year of Testing experience
• Hands on experience in Test Automation with VBA Script
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated initiative and creativity in problem solving, analytical skills, attention to details
• Good knowledge of HP ALM, HP UFT suite preferred
• Coordination of project/s preferred
• Ability to multi-task & appropriately prioritize tasks.
• Logical minded person who can understand complex issues.
• Able to dig into data & understand it
