In-country technology role focused on:
- Active contribution to DevOps model implementation and operational success by creation of automated and efficient pipeline to develop, deploy and maintain software solutions with both SOA and microservices architecture;
- Creation of end to end architecture designs for projects ensuring compliance with standards and regulations;
- Contribution to the success of initiatives / projects by developing a vision and determining the feasibility before the start of a initiative / project;
- Simplification of IT environment and cost reduction
- Support in communication between local Businesses and Technology groups by sharing a vision, facilitating decision making, resolving conflicts, finding consensus and gaining commitment;
- Cooperation with local and Regional Technology Management to prioritize investment through strategic planning;
- Development, implementation and monitoring of the short- and long- term IT strategy and Roadmaps within in-country covering processes, technology and business units, vendors internal and external clients and risks;

- Knowledge of software development process, tools, frameworks
- Object modeling and specification language used in software engineering – UML, BPMN, etc
- Knowledge of the productivity, capabilities and limitations of the technology products
- Broad understanding of market trends, system and infrastructure products including but not limited to:
Cloud technologies, Microservices, integration patterns, Enterprise Container Services
RDBMS – Oracle (OraaS), MS SQL, MongoDB
Middleware – WebSphere, IIS, Tomcat
OS – Linux Red Hat, Windows Server
Storage – SAN, NAS, SDS
Network – ISO/OSI model, communication protocols
Virtualization technologies – VMWare ESX
.NET, Java, C#
