We provide support for Scheduling team, to make sure all product deliveries are processed smoothly on time.
We value teamwork the most, as our job requires multitasking and working under pressure skills.
As a Scheduling Support you will liaise with hauliers, channel optimizers, Aviation and Scheduling Administration teams to create orders, deliveries and shipments for Retail and Aviation business in France.
You will also be responsible for managing haulier and aviation plan in the systems, e.g. SAP.
In our Team we also handle customer inquiries to change or amend orders, evaluate the need and feasibility for scheduling changes. To proceed that we cooperate very closely with Scheduling Team.
You will also work with many systems to e.g. ensure Special Instructions noted on the orders have been processed.
Requirements:
- Very good communication and issue resolution skills
- Ability to collaborate well within the team
- Ability to deal with non standard situations and to work under time pressure
- French C1, English B2
- Very good MS Office knowledge (with focus on MS Excel)
- Bachelor/Master degree in Logistics/Planning/Economics area preferred
- Knowledge of Logistics/Road Delivery Distribution/ Supply Chain Business would be an asset
- Familiar with SAP /scheduling systems would be an advantage
