Your role
Do you have strong analytical skills and high attention to detail? Do you enjoy solving problems? We are looking for a business analyst to:
• analyze our Corporate Center (Middle/Back Office) costs and assist departments in identifying billing drivers to allocate their service costs to our businesses
• prepare and drive reviews of service cost allocations with various Corporate Center functions
• co-ordinate multiple deliverables and present review outcomes to project stakeholders
• using insight obtained from the project to challenge departments on their billing drivers and cost allocations
• document interviews with service owners, manage project scheduling and project governance
• respond to ad-hoc requests from stakeholders on cost allocations
• support the modelling and analysis of new cost allocations and billing drivers for business approval
Your team
You'll be working in Service Billing Change Team based in Krakow/Zabierzów (Eximius Business Park). We work closely with the wider Service Management, Change and Analytics Team, taking responsibility for data analysis, query management and project support. As a business analyst you'll play an important role in ensuring accurate and transparent service billing and quality metrics from our Corporate Center functions to the front office businesses around the world.
Your expertise
• business analysis or project management experience in the financial industry
• previous experience dealing with cost allocation methodologies and models would be an advantage
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• university degree in an analytical field like engineering, mathematics, finance or information technology
• good communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work in teams
• good knowledge of MS Excel
• fluent in English
• methodical, concise and accurate, with strong attention to detail
• known for your can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks
• highly adaptable and able to work across multiple cultures, functions and team
