IT Analyst SAP FICO
Location - Kraków
Why is this job for You:
You will work for the Information Technology department as a part of a multinational shared services organization. You will provide broad analytical support in meeting the operational needs of International Paper’s global finance partners. You will work with business and IT groups to understand requirements, analyze alternatives and collaborate with other IT teams to deliver effective solutions. You will have an opportunity to travel (up to 10% of time) and work as a part of global team. You will have a chance to seek out value-added opportunities to improve IT solutions and services.
You will:
- Provide customer support and maintenance of the applications
- Carry out corrective actions in a timely manner and help to keep IP applications up to date
- Ensure business solutions are designed, prototyped and tested using consistent methods and standards
- Develop relationships with BIM/PIM organizations. Collaboration on setting priorities and designing solutions
- Analyze requirements, solution design, system configuration, technical documentation and system integration
- Configure and deploy SAP FICO modules (GL, AR, AP, and Treasury) to appropriately support the vision and strategic objectives of the enterprise
- Plan, develop and execute system testing using corporate standard tools, such as ALM
- Provide leadership and mentoring for continuous quality improvement
- Participate in business process redesign efforts. Document IT solutions as needed
- Translate customer high level requirements into functional specifications for IT developers
You have:
- 3+ years of SAP experience with one or more of the following: Accounts Payable (AP), SAP Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Cost & Profitability, Treasury modules
- Background studies in Finance / IT or work experience equivalent
- Fluency in English and at least one of following language: French, Russian, Italian, Spanish
- Good understanding of FICO business processes
- Ability to function in a constantly changing environment
- Knowledge of SAP ABAP, configuration, tables, and queries a plus
- Project management skills would be a plus
